Bobby Staten III is a consultant, coach, and serial entrepreneur​.​ With more than 15 years of deep-rooted strategy and consulting experience, he leverages his expertise to empower clients to discover untapped opportunities and drive exceptional growth in their businesses. His proficiency in the Lean discipline enables effective problem solving in complex environments. He has successfully streamlined client systems and processes and consistently delivers unprecedented value. Bobby is dynamic and innovative, yet it’s his passion for others’ personal growth that distinguishes him from others in his field. His mantra, “Healthy growth stems from within,” is what pushes Bobby to connect his clients to infinite possibilities by challenging them to show up and deliver from an authentic place. He has served clients in multiple industries, including legal and professional services, entertainment, non-profit, pharmaceutical and life sciences, consumer and packaged goods, education, government, and beauty.

Bobby is an honor graduate of Florida A&M University, where he majored in Computer Information Systems. He is also a certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt, by way of Georgia Institute of Technology. Bobby enjoys spending time outside of work with his wife Tiffany and their two sons.
